The strength of Mount Pleasant Community Church can be found in the generosity and commitment of the people who call it home. Tithes and Offerings received by Community Church fund the vision and activities of our church. When you give, you effectively make a difference in the lives of people both locally and globally.
Financial giving is also an act of faith and worship to Jesus Christ. 1 Corinthians 16:1-2 tells us that Christians should give regularly and consistently in proportion to what we’ve been given. Giving financially to the church is a vital part of our spiritual growth and development.
At Community Church, there are several ways you can give to build God’s kingdom:
- Online through PushPay where you can give once or set up recurring gifts
- Cash or check on Sundays during the offering
- Text ‘mpccgive’ to 77977
- Mail a check to the church
You will need to register the first time you access online giving. After you have registered, you can:
- Give Online
- Set up automatic gifts
- View your giving history
For your safety, do not use public or shared computers for making contributions. Please also note there is no distinction for online payments made with a debit card or a credit card. Community Church does not endorse the use of credit cards when it involves recurring, unpaid debt that incurs an interest charge. Please use your credit card wisely and pay the full balance before the due date. The Bible speaks in Proverbs 22:7 about “…the borrower [being] servant to the lender.” Providing online giving via check and credit card is for your convenience, we do not wish our congregation to go into debt by tithing on a credit card.
To give using text message, simply text ‘mpccgive’ to 77977 and follow the easy directions. The first time you give via text, you will be directed to a one time registration screen.
Thank you for your generosity! We are honored to partner with you to increase the Kingdom of God as we live together on purpose!
